Who we're looking for

Not every HubSpot partner is the right fit. Here's what we need.

  • HubSpot Solutions Partner status — You're already implementing HubSpot for clients and understand how to build workflows, manage custom objects, and design automation at scale.
  • Education clients (current or target) — You work with training programs, certification bodies, membership organizations, or coaching businesses that deliver paid courses.
  • Pro/Enterprise client base — Your clients are on HubSpot Pro or Enterprise. They need advanced automation, not basic contact management.
  • Implementation capacity — You can scope, implement, and support Coursefully rollouts. You're not just passing leads—you're delivering the work.
  • High standards — You care about doing it right, not just doing it fast. You're not looking for quick commissions—you're building long-term client relationships.

Quality over volume

We're not looking for 50 partners. We're looking for 5-10 exceptional ones who care about doing excellent work and building long-term client relationships.

Client outcomes come first

You own the client relationship. That means you're accountable for their success. We're here to support you, but you set the standard for quality.

No shortcuts

Implementation done right takes time. We'd rather see one client succeed than three clients struggle. If you're looking for fast commissions, this isn't the program for you.

Transparency always

We'll tell you when something isn't working. You'll tell us when clients are struggling. We solve problems together, not in silos.

Apply

Fill out our partner application. We'll review your experience, client base, and fit with Coursefully's positioning.

Conversation

If you're a potential fit, we'll schedule a call to discuss your clients, implementation capacity, and partnership goals.

Onboarding & Training

Once accepted, we'll train your team on positioning, implementation, and support. You'll have everything you need to confidently sell and deliver.

First Implementation

We work alongside you on your first implementation to ensure it goes smoothly. You own the client relationship; we provide support.

Scale

As you deliver successful implementations, we'll provide more leads, co-marketing opportunities, and deeper partnership benefits.
